At Frog Dog K9, we appreciate your support of our mission. Every merchandise purchase helps support our efforts to provide trained working dogs and therapeutic K9 experiences to veterans, first responders and others in need.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Apparel has not been washed or altered.

• Items are returned with their original packaging, when applicable.

• Proof of purchase or an order number is provided.

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact info@frogdogk9.com with your order number and reason for the request.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance merchandise

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery

• Charitable donations

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@frogdogk9.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from an error on our part.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please contact us before shipping your return so we can provide instructions and the appropriate return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Frog Dog K9 cannot guarantee receipt of packages sent without tracking.

 

CHARITABLE DONATIONS

As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Frog Dog K9 relies on the generosity of supporters to advance our mission. Charitable donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or was processed incorrectly, please contact us so we can review your request.
